Coach Jane Nilsson @traningsinspiratoren gives you a ten-week program that provides both joy and sustainability.

We are proud to release a 10-week program for those who want to start from the beginning with running, perhaps you have never tried, been away from due to an injury or given birth. There are many different reasons why you may need to get a soft and smart start and build the running gradually so that the body can keep up. 

The programmes are in both Swedish and English and are made to suit most beginners.
