With a little willpower and courage, almost anyone can complete a triathlon, a run, a swim race or a bike race. If you don't complicate it too much, but use simpler equipment and take it at your own pace, it usually goes well and is an experience for life.

We as an association want to support you on the way there, and in our network there are coaches who want to help you get started with training, get support along the way so you can realize your dream or just improve your health through movement.

Coach Jane

My name is Jane Nilsson, I am 47 years old and live in Markaryd. I love my own training but am even more passionate about seeing others develop.

I'm the chef who changed tack and have now worked as a trainer for over 10 years. Mostly I work with endurance sports: triathlon, running, cycling but also as a fitness trainer, senior, mom training and group training instructor. Food is still very close to my heart and is a nice complement when working with training/health.

I myself like to run long distances, triathlon, swimrun, ultra races and a lot of marathons over the years. The latest adventure was this summer where we cycled 300 miles from Sweden to Spain.

The goal of my own training is to have a continued strong body through life, which can handle new adventures!
