One programe of 20 weeks for Triathlon middle distance 1900m swim, 90 km bike, 21km run
Recommended training experience before starting the program is to be able to swim, bike and run continuously: 1000m swim, 90 min bike, 60 min run.
Progressive training program for the completion of a middle distance triathlon. The training is based on 4-week training blocks: 3 increasing weeks (quantity and/or intensity) + 1 easy week where the body should absorb all the training. The effort of the training sessions is measured in four levels (perceived exertion).
Included is triathlon strength training.
